As the corrupt organisations of the world spend our resources on furthering religious wars to decide which is the one true faith, Christian Moslem Sikh Hindu Jew Catholic Protestant and Rastafarian all share the same instinctive urge to celebrate their faith through the shared enjoyment of music.

Music is the one true faith.

Sadly, music also has its share of false prophets. Sony EMI and TimeWarner pour inconceivable amounts of money into cynically genre specific marketing in the ruthless competition for product placement. As Europe struggles to compete in the world market and retain its own character, the UK continues to regress into the mindless meaningless turgid sea of childish uninspired mediocrity that has secured English culture its position as the worn out has-been of the world's music scene.

As the big businesses compete for their big business, they have found that the amount of albums sold by major labels has fallen steadily over the last few years. It's funny that, because overall album sales have continued to rise. Could it be that all those little unsigned artists selling a handful of CD's and tapes at gigs are undermining the mighty multinationals? If so, why are they still unsigned?

If you're bored with more of the same old stuff, it's time you had a look at loads of different sorts of stuff.
